Ash like Art

I actually finished back in July 7, 2023. Drew this while listening to Worthy during Pride month. Still so happy bmblb is canon. Always rooted for them~~~ <3

I always knew the kiss was coming since I couldn't keep myself off Tumblr and was spoiled but I was still kicking my feet when it happened.

Ngl, I am so bummed out that the glitters in the paint and the glitter pen is NOT GLITTERING. Looking back on it now, it's probably due to technique. I would still have to do the same technique that I use for watercolor, I guess :c .

After my watercolor piece is finished, I usually scan it using the printer scanner we have and I just do some corrections in Photoshop. I previously intended to just make it so that it matches how it would be seen in real life but I figured that it also could be used to fix any mistakes I made while painting the piece and to add bits and pieces that may make it look nicer. Vibrancy. Overlays. Such such.

I originally uploaded this with multiple versions that are still relatively closer to how the piece would appear IRL but this time, I decided to go ham on the editing to make it fit the atmosphere of the kissing scene more.
