im gonna put Churc6 ideas here with the unfinished posters since i might just write this longfic
Churc6 (Church) is an alternative heavy rock band. All 6 members dress up as demons with heavy makeup and costumes to hide their identities because they value their personal lives. The idea took heavy inspiration from bands like Ghost, Voltaire, and Sleep Token.
Band Alias: Haven
Instrument: Keyboard, piano, organ
A nun who wears dramatic moviestar/drag makeup, all with painted beauty marks and a bright red lip. She's covered head to toe in your typical nun clothing with a black veil attached to her headdress and black stiletto heels. She never acknowledges the two nubs under her headdress but fans speculate they are her horns.
Name: Selena Villanueva
She is covered head to toe in tattoos and was raised Catholic. She learned how to play piano for her church when she was young. No longer practices but does join with her parents on major holidays. She's the oldest band member.
Band Alias: Jezebel
Instrument: Bass, harp (out of practice)
She's living her best Vtuber demoness life. Devil Miku is real. Wears bright wigs and contacts. Her makeup often changes show to show, but always includes lots of glitter.
Name: Jade Jeong
2nd generation asian american who buckled under the pressure from her parents and grandparents and became addicted to several substances. After a brief stint in jail, she's now 3 years sober and has chosen her own path. The band is her life.
Band Alias: Amon
Instrument: Violin, cello, banjo (don't ask)
Based off of Ghost's many masked band members, Amon wears a dark purple suit and a silver mask with diamond decoration. He wears a wig of long purple dreads that are often pulled into a ponytail during concerts. Due to his mysterious ways, he's very popular with the ladies.
Name: Ezra (ZaZa) Gordon Hamilton the second.
Please, call him ZaZa. Ezra Gordon Hamilton (Sr.) is his father's name. Was raised hardcore Baptist and has become a practicing Methodist as an adult. This caused some serious friction with his parents (when I say hardcore, I mean hardcore). He finds his demon persona therapeutic.
Band Alias: Lucifer (like the cat) Nicknamed Luci <- My SO came up with this idea.
Instrument: Electric and Acoustic Guitar
Say hello to the catboy who became the ladybeard manticore. They die their beard a different color each concert, but they seem to prefer shades of red. They wear a crop-top hoodie with lion ears and, of course, a collar. They wear the most death metal-style makeup of the group and it always includes painted whiskers. They wear contacts that look like cat eyes.
Name: Alex Newitt
They're a bit of a wildcard and also a drama queen. The type to do a kegstand at the afterparty. Very bubbly and loud. Youngest member of the band.
Band Alias: Orobas
Instruments: Drums of all kinds, cymbal, french horn, saxophone, trombone, xylophones of all kinds
He's the hellboy lookalike. Paints himself red with lots of black swirling designs. Always wears a harness and sometimes a muzzle. Wears contacts that give him completely black eyes. He is HUGE. Absolutely goes the hardest with the outfit. Looks scary but is known to be the quiet and sweet one by fans.
Name: Bruce Vernall
Bruce was born mute, but has always been interested in music. He's exceptionally talented with a wide array of instruments. The fans don't know that he's actually mute, any who suspect it chalk it up to being part of his persona. Genuinely is that gentle giant. Communicates primarily through sign language.
Band Alias: Bael (our self insert)
Instrument: Lead vocalist
Wears a veil to hide their identity. Sometimes adds a flower crown. Gives the impression that they have no face. In all promo materials, if we see them without a veil, their face is blacked out. They wear priest clothing, all black except for the collar.
