Awakening in the Eyrie, The Artist stirs. The call of the crows is different today.
Ghostly light shines through the cracks of the tower. Blank canvases hung around the balconies are prime for expression in ink. Blots of crows paint the golden sky, filling the solemn silence with their cacophony of caws.
Carmina Mora finds solace in her newfound home, but it still feels empty, its vastness adding to her solitude. However, there is a change in the air; a chance to get acquainted with the supernatural world which has become her abode. Perhaps she’ll finally regain the spirit to create art as well.
A crow swoops down from its perch and swiftly lands on Carmina’s shoulder, clicking and rattling its beak. It has a message for her: there are others outside of her domain that wish to speak to her. They want to know her as much as she wishes to learn about them. An opportunity like this can’t be wasted. If she’s to be forever stuck in this alternate plane of existence, she’s best to try to understand it.
