Life on the Bay by Chuck Carlson

This 16″x20″ painting began back in the late 1970′s using acrylic paints on a canvas board. Due to career issues I had put this painting aside to focus on full time employment. It was forgotten until this past year when it was found while going thru old portfolios. I have made numerous changes in oil paint and it is now framed and hangs in my home office.
