If you can’t get rid of blood, just cover it with flowers.
Maybe sometimes Xellos gets a brilliant idea to visit Filia right after he’s finished dealing with some really nasty business. And the angrier she gets, the more often he does that.
One day a worst case scenario happens and he comes over covered in blood. He doesn’t listen when she starts shouting that there is a child in here; that she might get arrested; that he’ll leave stains all over the carpet; that he’s making her sick to her stomach, and so on…
Xellos likes to make her angry. It brightens his mood.
She runs out of the house when he makes himself comfortable in the middle of her kitchen to wait for more of her antics, but not for long.
Several minutes later Filia comes back carrying an armful of flowers and he notices from the corner of his eye that she’s crying.
She pours them on the table and makes a sloppy wreath as quickly as possible, and when she’s done, she comes over and puts it on his head to at least get rid of the smell of death. Or to make it less prominent.
Filia knows, that once Xellos decides to show up, no one can make him go away save for his master.
“You’re disgusting.” She says with shaky voice.
“I know.” He replies cheerfuly and starts removing his gloves with every intention of adding them to her laundry.
