Just starting the vampire academy peacock series. Gotta admit. I hate this tbh. This is more like fanfiction set in that universe, and i was hoping for something that's the book on screen. The characters don't feel like they do in the book, the events aren't the same, not really. This is.... Weird. I don't like it. I just don't. I'll try to finish it but man. I'm cringing at this ATM.

I think, for me, the worst part of living in the US is the stupid goddamn boot lickers that dominate the culture here. Can't say fuckin ANYTHING against cops without someone telling you to back the blue, or what would you do without them, or they're just doing their job. It's fuckin ridiculous. They're not gods amongst men. They aren't brave. In fact most of them are cowards who pull their gun at traffic stops on an unarmed civilian then say they felt threatened when the person complied. They just want to play god. No one that I've met that wants to become a cop should become a cop either. They always have anger management issues that get reinforced with more power. At least the military dudes I've met learned discipline when they were serving, these cops get to be glorified civilians with a God complex backed by the state and the conservatives and I'm beyond tired of dealing with boot lickers who defend every action of theirs tooth and nail. Fucking hate the US most days but it's too expensive to leave.
