I talk about my ocs ALOT and I make au's with canon characters. It's kind of like -> my <- idea of how the characters would be/react to my ocs. I would say thinking about and focusing on my ocs are my way to escape my problems most of the time ;-;, my "main" ocs have MULTIPLE partners (Ik they're hoes) I'll add more additional info about my ocs later cuz I'm lazy.
