Radiant Facts! “I think we are never as sincere and as humans as when we Dance” - José Limón Beyond walking, lying, sitting, the human body is capable of so much more. Yes! What about Running, jumping, swimming. Of course! However DANCING, more than plain ‘exercise, is ART, an ExPeRiEnCe like no other! DANCING is an amazing language to communicate with others, but mainly with ourselves. Dancing creates a majestic connectivity and self-awareness. (Great topic to explore further) DANCING is powerful and empowering. The training, the process requires individuality. But, our dancing path always includes COMMUNITY like no other. DANCING is a very stimulating discipline that aids the prevention of many diseases like Alzheimer’s. Dancing also strengthens many of our systems (i. e. lymphatic, nervous, muscular, adrenal, etc), it truly impacts our overall health. DANCING has been a MULTI GENERATIONAL affair since the beginning of human kind.
