The smile on Avywenna's face morphed into a sly smirk at the mention of 'earning a girl's favor'. Wasn't Alesh just really smooth? Very few guys could keep up with that sort of banter (they either did not understand it or just did not talk), so it was a delight to have him around. She tentatively accepted the bottle for a sip - the girl remembered not being too fond of oolong tea, thinking it too bitter...
But maybe she had it wrong, Avywenna mused to herself, going for a generous gulp... Only to return it to Alesh with a light grimace and a whispered apology about the drink 'needing sugar'. It was time for some of her favorite milk tea - maybe the vending machine in their break room was fully stocked for a change.
"Well, I'm afraid you just will have to spill the beans later, then. One story of your time as a corsário," the foreign word came out rather adorably, dripping with her accent despite the decent attempt at saying it like Alesh, "In exchange for one curious thing I've seen as a messenger. And trust me, my dear - I've seen a lot of them."
Alesh's mention of nurturing the soul prompted the girl to leave the couch - she sauntered towards the vending machine, casually humming a random melody on the way until she could properly scan the available selection. "Speaking of nurturing the soul..." Avywenna said, then trailed off as her watch blinked and some notification came through. The soft beeping sound prompted the girl to input a few commands, checking the message received - and feeling her throat going dry in a second.
...Talos wasn't giving her any breaks, but at least they had the milk tea this time.
Buying herself a bottle, Avywenna's blue eyes darted from the machine to Alesh - still peacefully at rest, sipping from his drink and oozing an unperturbed charm. Maybe the answer had been there, staring her in the face, like a prize ripe for the taking.
"Are you doing anything this weekend, Alesh?" Avywenna said, walking back towards the couch - her brief incident had all but been erased, an easy and confident smile back on her face while the woman loomed over the other operator again, also offering some of her tea in a graceful reciprocation, "I have a wonderful proposition in mind if you happen to be free."
