So.. I met this girl 2 years ago, from the get go we were instantly connected and interested in eachother. As time went on some things happened... Her uncle passed away due to being an alcoholic which had an impact on her mental health so we broke up to give her time and space. Fast forward months later.. We reconnected. Everything was going amazing until the years anniversary of her uncle was coming up..she got drunk, took a lot of pills hoping to end her life as I was laying in bed asleep from being ill. I woke up to her telling me she's sorry and hopes I will be ok. My instincts just knew that she had done something to herself so I called for help and stayed by her side. We broke up AGAIN because she had to deal with her own stuff in her own way and it killed me that I couldn't help.

Surely enough we get back together a month or 2 later and again everything is amazing AGAIN...covid hits and we're separated. I work night-shift in a care home which has been pretty stressful. I tell her that I have been feeling depressed due to the whole coronavirus situation as all I was doing was working and then not seeing anybody. She starts to thinking I'm cheating on her without even acknowledgeing what I had told her about my mental health that; that's why I had been so distant. We break up.

Months and months later we reconnect and I feel like everything has changed, she's changed, she seems more grown up everything feels fresh and good.. Ohhh how I was wrong. She constantly drinks, sleeps every time we are with eachother (I rarely see her), accuses me of crazy things, makes me feel bad for things I can't control.

I finally took a stand and said enough is enough. I ended it 3 days ago and I feel nothing but relief. Might have took me a while to finally see my worth, but I have now and that's what matters.

Sorry for venting and ya'll probably think I'm nuts for going back all the time. Love makes you do crazy things 😅

I've just finished playing The Last Of Us Part 2! Talk about an emotional rollercoaster 😭 but my favourite franchise would have to be the Uncharted series or Doom Eternal! Insanely fun!
