It was a fun costume to make and bodysuits are weird. Well at least for me....@Tina Tom-El knows why because she help contour it better to me body shape. The idea behind this costume was to be a lantern. Like Mako (me) a yellow lantern. Not an already established DC character. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. My friends and I have conversations about “if I was a mutant I would have ..../ if I had super powers it would be ..../ if I was a lantern I would be ...” and that’s where it came from. Why yellow you ask? Well a lot of people think I’m either scary to talk to or I freak them out because of my blunt responses. It’s the tone of my voice and my face I am told. I get “I was afraid to talk to you because ... / you just look soo .....and several others” because of those reasons - because I’m the scary one in my friend circle yellow it is! **but when you get to know me I’m not scary!** This costume was a hit and people loved idea of that YOU can be a lantern. Chris came up with the idea of having a Lantern Corp for next years Salt City and people are already joining the Corp!
