Arina just huffed and flicked her wings out to check for any damage before she tucked them behind her

“I’m not a little girl with wings, i’m a angel” she said crossing her arms over her chest then she looked North over, he didn’t seem like the man that her child wards had told her about “I have a lot of children that i take care of and a lot of them have told me about you Guardians so i thought i’d come take a look at you all”

“Angel? What is angel?” He queried curiously and turned to observe the glove with concern before sighing in relief. He called down to his yetis to speed up their work and turned back to pull his trousers up. “So, angel girl, tell me about your centre.” He said with a big toothy white grin.

He laughed and chuckled softly, smiling at Arina. “You did good.” He said with a smile. His phone beeped and he took it out of his pocket “Ah…seems as though I have to leave the party early. I’ll see you girls soon.” He said and set the drink down before disappearing.

“I know” she said smiling and Rose and Arina both nodded before Arina finally relaxed

“I thought you’d be used to handling demons with Lucifer” rose said and Arina sighed

“Please don’t remind me about my brother’s mistakes” she said and Rose nodded and they just started talking about her brother James

Charles wiped blood off his face and cleaned his scythe to make it shiny again. He collapsed the blade and kept the weapon in his coat. His hellhound growled and resumed eating the man.

The two were still talking but Arina was talking about what Rose was going to do with the rest of her life and Rose was bouncing ideas off the angel

“Hey what about a cafe by day and a place like this by night! that’d be fun and really cool and you enjoy what you do here” Arina suggested

“Yeah that would be really cool oh and me and James could make cakes and cupcakes and we could sell them there, He could even make that hot chocolate recipe he loves so much” Rose said smiling then she sighed “It’d cost money”

Arina had been lying low the past few months, using mortal transport if she needed to get anywhere and to visit her charges. A few of them had children and she’d gotten to play with the babies while her various charges and their others had been away for whatever reason, guess she’d become a bit of a guardian angel for these children. Once things with Heaven, Hell and everything inbetween had calmed down she started to use her powers again. Hesitantly at first but more once she wasn’t found, or maybe she had been but no one cared? She was just a angel with no important name after all which she was thankful for. She could care for more people that way, she was sitting on a building ledge one night when something happened that hadn’t for awhile.

There was a pulse then a pull, stronger than normal for her charges. It had a urgent feel and that meant they were in trouble, she flew there appearing almost out of thin hair and she drew her sword and intercepted the sword going for her charge and she threw the demon across the room. One of Crowley’s pets the King of hell made her sick, why he was targeting one of her charges she didn’t know but she’d yell at him while throwing this pathetic bugs body in front of him if she could get close to him at all, she flashed her wings blinding the demon before she rushed forward and slid her sword into the ribs of the other and she saw the other die and she kicked the now lifeless body off her sword and she wiped the blade on her jacket.

She’d gotten lucky, that had been too easy so obviously this had been a clean up. She glanced back at Nathan who was now rocking himself back and forth, he’d seen something they hadn’t wanted him to. She sheathed her sword and went over and knelt in front of him

“Shh sleep, sleep” she soothed brushing some hair off his forehead and she caught him when he fell forwards asleep, she grabbed his cell phone and sent a text to his wife. She waited until she heard a car pull up and running with a woman yelling Nathan’s name and she dropped his phone into his hand before she grabbed the lifeless body and flew out of there, she dropped the body off with a message ‘Keep your pathetic bitches away from my charges-Arina’
