Is it just me or like Kimi as Russtappen baby holds no appeal? Like as a Gax author and reader on ao3, I literally back out of any work with them with that dynamic. Fr. I have had to back out on so many excellent works because I hate that dynamic, so unnatural and so on the face.

I can't believe I went for it in my work To Be One's First Choice. Gonna rectify it the instant I can.

But like that dynamic? Manufactured and just no. Noooo 🫪 I hate it from the very bottom of my guts. The parentification and the babification.

But at the same time whenever I read/write kimi as gax baby (as in a child) I don't think of the fic kimi as the real kimi 😭 like it's more of a fancast than him actually being their baby... Idk how to explain it properly, but like kimi for me is the name of the character and the character is not the same as kimi the driver 😭

But then again I have read fics where kimi the driver is gax child and have liked them but have been very selective since quite a long time😔
