Not everyone is out to get you, most people either love you or just don’t care, those that hate are almost always a minority.

You’re appreciated by people, some close, some far… even when you think you’re alone, people will care about you.

Your hateful and hurtful thoughts are normal human experience, you’re not a bad person just for having them.

Twitter: kneejerk reactions, stuff you don’t think about, you just do, basically just reflexive thoughts.

4chan (and similar): intrusive hateful thoughts, anything you would suppress without even realising you thought it because it’s just that vile.

Reddit: intrusive random coherent thoughts, things you think of whilst idle for too long, neither inherently good or bad, but depending on the subject can turn extreme.

Facebook: nostalgia, it’s always behind with memes, complaints how things are worse than previous years, it’s the rose-tinted glasses of the past.
