This is my attempt at a “starter house” for your sims.

Spoiler: It’s not in the starter price-range though. 😆

Regardless, it’s a cute 3x3 lot for smaller families, or for those sims who want a slower-paced, country lifestyle without investing in the whole farm.* It’s also a part of a series of small quaint, country houses in pretty pastel colors.

*If you’re one of those folks who would love more nature and trees than you know what to do with, don’t worry, I have sprawling farm lots coming in a future update.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor and through the Lot Cleaner so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I also added a spiffy custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin. 🌟

This home is nearly CC free. It only has two items, and these can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them.

Swimsuits for MartaXL AF-EF, Lady Apple TF-EF, Skinny Family TF-EF & Melodie 9 Fat EF. The textures were 4t2 converted by @deedee-sims and @lucilla-sims.

The meshes have fat morphs, TF & AF also have preg morphs. They come in variants to choose from: blockfeet or sexyfeet, or Marvine feet + smooth hands for MartaXL. The recolors are categorized as swimwear only, BSOK'd. Numbered swatches are included.

I think it's kinda funny that when you age Sims down they have these oversized wedding rings on still. some kiddo recolours for lovely @poeticallysims on these two meshes by @rented-space patterns are from the usual spots and some include extra Simlish graphics by Nucrest and a t-shirt graphic from TheYetee. I don't recall where the linen texture is from.. the linen texture is from Aquilegia! :) thank you to anon for letting me know The CU outfit is binned for PJs and the CF for undies but I think these could all make great swimwear, too. I'll be doing that for my own game but I'll leave that choice to you. ^^

i had been eyeing these two meshes by @rented-space for awhile now to use for new defaults, but unfortuntely didn't really vibe with the original eaxis colors. so i turned to the recolor royalty @moglikes and asked if they could possibly give these meshes some love in the form of cute patterns, and lo and behold, my wish was granted!! ‎˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗ as always with mog's recolors i kind of just wanted to use them all, but as i was limited to four recolors for each outfit i just tried to get a somewhat good mix of colors for both defaults. let me know if you'd like any other color combos because deciding on what swatches to use took way longer than actually making the default, lol. (tbh, i might just do a v2 for both outfits since there's so many colors i wish i could include!!)

as usual, everything should have appropriate morphs & shoe sounds and all files are also compressed.
