저는 꿈만 꾸던 작지 않는 독립서점은 운영을 하고 있어요 여전히 얇은 이불을 뒤집어쓰고 불안을 진정 시키지만, 또 굳이 아침 7시에 나와 음악과 담배를 듣고 피는 일이지만 나름 꽤 괜찮아요. 저는 책팔이 입니다. 아 그리고 얇지만 제 책도 나왔답니다.

생각해보니 이제는 나는 돌아 갈 집도 가족도 없다는 생각에

슬픔 보다는 모든 걸 포기하고 떠나야겠다라고 생각했다.

엄마가 1월2일 하늘로 떠나셨다.

두 달 정도 남았다는 의사 말에  나는 의구심이 들었다. 하지만 점점 변해가는 엄마 모습을 보고  마음을 다잡고 그동안 엄마 물건을 하나씩 정리를 했다. 무너진다 마음이 무너진다는 말이 이럴 때 쓰이는 걸까  엄마 메모에는 온통 우리 이야기,  자식 이야기. 당신이 우리에게 준 사랑이 너무나 커서  이 사랑을 이제야 조금은 알 것 같은데  뭘 해야 할지 모르겠다. 사랑을 너무 많이 받았다. 벅차게
