📑Reflective Journal 12: Monitoring One’s Career Development
“If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.” - Milton Berle
We all have varying views on jobs and aspirations, and we often make career plans for our future job, life, or families. A career often begins with a plan, and having a career plan is essential for a person to make his/her decision-making accomplish his/her dream goal/work for the future. Our objectives are divided into two categories: short-term and long-term. It is a brief period of time, and long-term ambitions take a long period of time. Accomplishing our goals necessitates inspiration for every move we take, and our view of your future job will assist you in choosing an occupation that is a good choice for you. Monitoring one's job growth is one means of informing oneself of what one will earn in the future. Some may adjust along the way, but this keeps us on track so that we never lose sight of why we're putting in the time and effort today. This is to support us in recalling and understanding our near-future plans.
