Marvel (The Amazing Spider-Man Movie!verse)
Peter Parker is your average, every day, awkward high schooler. He's a science geek, a computer nerd, and an expert with a camera. He does dorky things like admiring girls he has a crush on from afar through a zoom lens, rather than working up the courage to talk to her. He also deals with the common trials and tribulations of high school, such as the school's bully, Flash Thompson, homework, and strict rules enforced by teachers.
Even before gaining superpowers, Peter had a strong sense of right and wrong. He stands up for a kid who is being bullied, despite being incredibly outmatched, which results in him getting attacked instead. He's also sarcastic and a little bit cocky, despite not really having the strength to back it up.
When he gains his superpowers, he finds himself more able to act upon the strong sense of justice bestowed upon him by his Uncle Ben. Peter is wracked with guilt when his uncle is murdered by a street thug he shrugged off only a few moments before the incident. Because of this, Parker becomes obsessed with finding his uncle's killer, using his newfound powers to capture and interrogate criminals in the area. This eventually thrusts him into a world of crime fighting, during which he adopts the adage "with great power comes great responsibility."
When Peter Parker becomes Spider-Man, he retains his snarky, sarcastic sense of humor, which he uses to mock and antagonize the villains he faces. He interjects with witty comebacks to the villains' monologues and comments, bestows them with nicknames, and never passes the opportunity to humiliate them in some way.
Wall-Crawling: Spider-Man has the ability to cling to walls and ceilings, allowing him to travel up completely vertical surfaces such as buildings, upside-down on ceilings, and other such surfaces.
Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift many tons. He has the ability to catch things such as cars, large slabs of concrete, etc. He has also stopped buses and trains from creating a disaster by pushing up against it and forcing it to stop.
Superhuman Speed: Spider-Man is capable of running and moving at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man has the ability to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before he becomes impaired by fatigue.
Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man's body is more resistant to certain types of injury than that of a normal human. He has the ability to withstand severe injury from falling great distances, from being attacked by superpowerful punches, and other such attacks.
Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength.
Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 40 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, if he is far enough away.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Spider-Man has a limited healing factor. While not on Wolverine's level, it is sufficiently powerful enough to recover from severe injuries from broken bones and large amounts of tissue damage in a matter of days.
Spider-Sense: Spider-Man possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries.
Web-Shooters: Peter Parker developed a web-like substance, as well as a specialized shooter that he wears on his wrists. Using this device, Spider-Man has the ability to shoot webs from his wrists, which he can use to capture baddies, create webs, hang from ceilings, stick things to stuff, and swing around the city for transportation.
