Meet Oeshii and Aureliia. They're ex-wives! I love them both so much. Anyway here's a cute chibi doodle of both of em!
One is a fire fighting community caregiver who says she's no nonsense. But she was happily married, to a florida trash dumbass who did quite a few stupid arsons, for 8 years. It was an enemies to friends to lovers deal. They divorced after being long distance for 2 years while Aureliia chased her dream. They both loved their jobs and passions and couldn't be together in the same place, and neither one wanted to continue long distance NOR give up their careers, so this was the sad conclusion. They both love each other, but agree until they're retired or something major changes, they work better as exes. They're both still young (mid 30's), so anything could happen, one way or the other!

A doodle of a friend's oc and mine. @/fizzyembers' Harriet the frankenmouse. And my vengence entity, Deianara. Heavily inspired by the song I cited. It fits them both so well but also the duo they would become, it was playing so many times in the process so I had to include it.
We both ended up making murderous mice that operate best under making their enemies pay dearly. Harriet, out of trauma and a desire to make sure they pay, and the desire to make sure what happened to her doesn't happen to anyone else. Deianara, because she carries the weight and pain of those that never got to enact the revenge they needed. She is their agony, their need for reciprocity, their burning and their ire. Very little difference to those they hunt down. I'm OBSESSED with this play and complementary dynamics on the concept of righteous murderous vengeance.
I'm just plain OBSESSED with these two in general.
I get to use this as an excuse to add another bit of Deianara lore. Deinara will eventually wield a weapon. I just haven't picked one yet. But Deianara also has an attack known as her "Death Touch". Her arms turn into something mimicking a smoldering burnt-corpse, and not only is it ridiculously hot and has the destructive damage of lava, it also has a status effect of eventually turning enemies to ash and cinders. It's downright fuckin biblical. While it isn't one of her more impressive displays of power to non-mortals, it's a pretty terrifying thing to witness and undergo if she gets the upper hand on someone.
