Spiritualizing sex is actually a movement of energy—feeling and emotion—that rises within you and moves into your sexual physicality as an alive, tender, erotic, or passionate expression. Your bodies move without inhibition so all the energy can flow out of you and between the two of you. You allow spiritual energy to express its dance through you. Sexuality can be a profound demonstration of your love, and especially your freedom, to express and bond. Spiritual sex, then, combines how you express your love with the intentions or blessings you bring to your partnership.

The Universe is not a dead, uncaring, inert field in which we must battle to survive. It is a living, alert, conscious, responding field which unerringly reflects our own states of being, our own thoughts and emotions. It is a field of unconditional love, full of infinite possibilities. It is a multi-dimensional canvas that we use to create and experience ourselves.

‎We kill billions of wild animals to protect the animals we eat. We then destroy our environment to feed the animals we eat. We spend more time, money and resources fattening the animals we eat, than we do feeding humans who are actually starving. The greatest irony is that after all the expense of raising these animals, we eat them, and they kill us… And instead of recognizing this insanity, we torture and kill millions of other animals trying to find a cure to the diseases caused by eating animals in the first place. When it comes to eating, humans are without question the dumbest animals on the planet.
