There is little in the way of the two small succulents coiling around one another inside the glass bulb. A delicate piece of wire curling around the exterior, dotted with crystal. Tucked inside, between the curling arms of one of the plants is the jaw bone of the bat, to the trained eye it is limned faintly with light. Hecate scoffs, "I would point out you chose th'Underworld, back when th'world began. But if you like I can go get somethin' t'pair with this vintage whine you've got on offer." There's still a teasing lilt to her voice, mouth curled upward in a cheeky smile.

She carries the terrarium across the shop and settles it on the counter by Hades and hums quietly, green eyes narrowed, "But hilarious, you have to admit. We could very much so watch from a safe distance. Very, very far away."

She’s imagining this now and honestly, it’s one of the funniest things she’s had the joy of getting to imagine. “I’m tryin’ t’imagine Ares and Athena in a get-along shirt and it’s th’best present you’ve ever given me.”

She snorts and glances back up again, smoothing her fingers over the cool glass and lifting it toward Hades, "They're human," as if this were answer enough. Really it sort of is, "At least a millennia, th'better question is when she last started a war because humanity didn't wanna be united."
