Cancel Culture is not mad at your present, only your past! It is a Retroactive, godless, goody two shoes Judgment Day.

It is just that old practice of the students telling their teachers or parents to “watch Your language.” That’s all it is.

It’s so privileged that it’s even rebelling against its own First Amendment Rights. A Thoughtpolicing Olympics.

You want to cancel “cancel culture”?

Let them know its relentless, default Ageism will no longer be Tolerated.

Ageism and its Coastal City-privileged Classism will no longer be the immediate go-to Exception to the Rule anymore. Neither will its little hip PC Versions of calling people the Equivalent of the R-word; that won’t fly anymore either.

Then it’ll just cancel itself out on its own. No muss, no fuss!

But what happens when someone turns that same mirror back around to the Artists, getting the Artists to “take a Look at themselves” too?

Someone has to.

And remember, anything that is Human is Fallible.

Okay... Back in the 2010s, *maybe* I Invested just a little too much money into “physical media” such as blank CD-Rs, VHS tapes and audio Cassettes, for my “record label” Unsigned Records.

How was I to know Major Labels would stop manufacturing CDs altogether in 2016?? And that new Cars would stop having CD players in them just a couple years later??

An “online only record label”, outside of let’s say, 2000s Nerdcore Hiphop, I couldn’t even picture that in 2011 when I started this “business”.

I always wanted to look at the World in a way that was Reality-based.

However, when I was younger I thought that if my outlook were too Positive, it wouldn’t be Reality-based. It might be an outlook that would be in a la-la land and detached or, “out of touch”.

But then I thought about it and realized, your overall Outlook on the world and of life in general can be BOTH Reality-based AND Positive!

You can still acknowledge that negativity exists, and that the world has serious problems, while still having a Positive outlook for the future overall.

In fact, to some degree, we all have to have somewhat of a Positive outlook in order to believe the world can improve, or that we can influence it in a Positive way.

It all comes down to this:

If you look for negativity, you will find it.

But if you look for positivity, you will find it too.

It’s up to you.

I was very worried that some gen-Z’er Tweeted or went on TikTok or something, and had South Park “Cancelled”.

Thankfully, at this time, that was not the case!

But we still have to watch this closely. Did you know that 5 full “South Park” episodes were Removed from HBO Max, iTunes and streaming services, in their Entirety? Five.

I also learned that an entire episode of legendary cartoon “The Boondocks” was also Erased from streaming services. (There’s a reason I still go with DVDs.) They couldn’t just Censor something, no.

I suppose ripping out a page or two just simply was not enough; they just had to go and Burn the Entire Book.

The First Amendment is not being Torched to the ground fast enough for some of these persons.

Watch this “cancel culture” very carefully. It has followed-the-leader and developed into a serious problem.

Right-wing, Left-wing or Moderate. There’s no “good” Version of that.

A split up and divided world can only fall apart into broken pieces.

It’s basic, fundamental Science. Believe in it.

Let’s work together, instead of Subdividing away from each other.

The lady in front of me took forever, but when I made it to the Cashier, she said the lady in front of me took longer because she ran out of money in her account.

So the Cashier paid for it. She said, “if she was buying beer and cigarettes I probably wouldn’t, but she was buying essential supplies for her kids so that was just my Christmas present to her.”

God bless that cashier lady.

And we all have to be thankful for what we have, and not take it for granted or do a lot of extra self-pity, because somebody out there has it worse. It might even be somebody right next to you.
