Hi all. I've decided to finally dedicate a space specifically to posting Abyss, or Abby, my oc and/or brain parasite. They are a shapeshifting shadow beast who likes to scare and/or kill people for fun. They've been around for a good while but only recently have I actually started dedicating much time and thought to them. I'll post other characters here too, but they are the main one.

Other characters include: - Nephilim, or Neph. A mysterious being made of pure energy whose only purpose in life is to make people miserable. They hate Abby and Abby hates them. Abby calls them "Phil" to be annoying. - Dr. Fera, a physics researcher who was responsible for supervising Abby during their early years spent in captivity. She is cruel and sadistic, causing Abby an immense amount of trauma before their eventual escape. - Vivian, a "cryptid hunter" that miraculously managed to befriend Abby. A girl in her early 20s, she is kind and jubilant, if a little distractable. She is dedicated to scientific inquiry, which causes some problems with Abby early on. - Eris, Vivian's friend, an occultist / witch who has magical abilities that are "borrowed" from an unknown source. Reserved and aloof, she keeps other people at arm's length. Abby develops romantic feelings for her nearly instantly.
