Loving Every Minute Of It

When do you give up on the first love of your life? Other people seem to be able to do it within a second, for me it feels like I will still think about you when we’re both gone. 

People talk up being single like the whole world depends on it. Is it a myth that being single in your early twenties is equivalent to finding yourself, or do you find yourself once you see yourself in someone else? 

Isn’t it a little interesting the defining moments of when you become a woman. The first time you fall in love, first hardship, first hard earned a paycheck, moving out of your parents’ house. Some days I feel like we try to grow up too fast, other days I think it’s freeing that as women we are able to be so free.
