i started writing this about a year ago, as i was leaving the mormon church. in the year since then, ive only gotten more happy and healthy. creating this comic really helped me process my feelings, as well as improve as an artist and writer. i hope yall enjoy it :]

For some time, Pansy had been having dreams. Strange dreams where ponies run and scream, but nobody would come to help. Ultimately, she decided to start a sort of "commune" on the edges of Equestria. She was determined for everyone to live off the grid and be self-sustaining. This created a rather closed-off circle, with Pansy being the only one allowed into town for occasional supplies.

i think i've decided some more things in this AU! specifically Pansy is part of the infection AU i have sort of in the background right now.

Pansy started her "commune" in the days that Nightmare Moon was still trapped in the moon. the group largely surrounded Nightmare Moon's return, and welcoming her back as the "true" leader of Equestria. When she came back, Pansy and her commune still viewed Celestia as a traitor, and Luna as being under her control. As things progressed and they gained word of more ponies beginning to get infected, Pansy closed off her commune more and more.
