Not been feeling myself or been able to cope with much lately but I am still going & that counts for something! - Not having my mini me really has screwed me up more than I already was. People sometimes say to me that I’m strong, and it honestly baffles me because all I feel like I do is crack over and over again. - Luckily those close to me always remind me of the progress I’ve already made & tell me why I need to keep going, and without them I’d be lost. - All I can do is continue fight & hope that one day I will get my lil angel back and have everything fall into place. 🤞 - A.L-F 💗

Fforest Fawr - Sir Henry’s Trail . . Today I decided it’s time I started to go on my little adventures again after almost a year. Spent 2 hours walking in the sunshine around this beautiful trail and I loved every second of it! It’s amazing the effect nature has on me.💗☀️ (at Tongwynlais)
