On the ground floor, there's a very large, bright area that can easily be converted to an apt.

There's already a stove down here and what looks like a sink hookup.

There are also 2 bedrooms down here.

The little house has potential.

And, there's also a new bath down here.

In the back there's a private deck.

Lovely flowers and trees.

You enter from the deck, but do you have to climb that ladder?

Look at how nice this is. I wonder if the plants will stay, b/c they make it look beautiful.

It's like living outside or in a greenhouse.

The kitchen is adorable, too. Love the colors and Pueblo style.

This little cubby is so cute.

And, here's a pretty roomy workroom or even a studio.

The bedroom is a cozy loft.

The deck is pretty big.

And, there's also a patio with a firepit.

I imagine that the roof is meant to be slanted.

Enter the hall thru the beautiful double doors.

New, or embellished, pocket doors open to the reception room.

New gold tin ceilings were installed, along with blue flocked wallpaper.

In this open parlor, it looks like a wall was removed, but look at the 2 fireplaces.

The house will, of course, come with these unusual carvings in the floors.

This is amazing. This one appears to be a wedding cake.

There's a bar in here, but, I think it's a "hidden" kitchen & dining room b/c they don't show another one. You can see a recessed fridge sticking out of the wall on the left.

This room was also expanded from 2, and there's a seating area at the far end of the room.

Another reception room is on the side of the 2nd fireplace. Maybe it's this piano that's not for sale.

The house is huge and there's so much to see. This is one of the bedrooms.

They chose somber colors for the rooms, but this one has stencils on the walls to liven it up a little.

This bath was modernized and matches the colors of the bedrooms.

A wooden sign on the door to this attic room says "Library."

It's nice up here, though.

The attic is so large, it could be an apt.

Now, we're in the basement, which looks like a collection on display.

They have a patio on the side of the house, it's a 0.3 acre lot.

The main floor is very rustic and looks like the interior of an old mill. Note how they saved the wheel- they cut it and attached it to the floor.

This is the 2nd mill that features a wasp nest. Is there some kind of significance? The last one I posted had a fake one, this one looks real.

The front door and sliding closet doors in the foyer are frosted glass.

To the left there are stairs to the lower level and straight ahead is the combination dining/living room/kitchen.

This is a very large open space b/c it extends to the left across the width of the house.

Isn't this beautiful? That mural just makes it pop. The fireplace is textured cement.

The main bedroom has this lovely built-in dresser.

The 2nd bedroom has a small dresser in the closet.

In the 3rd bedroom, they removed the closet doors to use it as a home office.

The stairs in the foyer come down to the rec room. It's a huge room with sliders to a patio.

This is lovely. A lot of people would fit comfortably in here.

There's also a deck on the main level with a view of Golden Lake.

This is so nice.

It's quite a large lake. 0.56 acre lot.
