think i forgot how to be happy

What if one day your brain was like “hey what if we caused ourselves unecessary pain and suffering for no reason” and it just never stopped wouldn’t that be funny

I know no one cares but I feel so alone

sh is no longer a coping mechanism for me, i be cutting myself when im bored, I'll be like "oh i don't have anything to do rn, i should cut myself and feel something"
