Some drawings of Inv you make remind me of this thing
It's actually really funny that you said that, 'cause that was my main inspiration for Inv, u know?
Those empty eyes, and especially the shape of the muzzle, were the facial features that captivated me the most about this beautiful internet aberration my eyes had the privilege of witnessing
I mean, if you look at them side by side, the resemblance is kind of hard to ignore, I didn’t really think anyone would point it out, but I guess it’s more noticeable than I expected
Even in some of my unfinished reference sheets, I spent time studying it and sketching it out to build the base of Inv, you can probably see it in the way I structured the guidelines and proportions
Notice the guidelines and how carefully I matched every detail
Not just that, but I must admit that this disgusting deform of a cat-mouse spawn, is the key of all the designs of my characters and future characters that still are left, like Gourmand, Hunter, Watcher and Enot
I was actually going to post a drawing I just finished today, but I figured it was far more important to properly highlight my true inspiration and the profound origins behind this character’s design
