the gameplay is simple at least. patients walk up to the counter. you inspect them. if everything's good, you approve them and then you treat them (correctly). if something doesn't check out you turn them away. there's a bunch of other things on the side but that's the gist

Is it worth trying to get Splatoon 2 + Octo Expansion if I already have 3 or should I just stick with a longplay? As much as Splatoon is more of a "hands on" kinda series, it's also like... 70-90% online multiplayer not counting DLC, and $60 before DLC is a lot to pay if all the online functionality/playerbase has moved entirely to 3.

surgery updates!

((hi everyone!! im awake from my first decent nap and much more lucid now, so heres an update on my hysterectomy.

i'm doing PRETTY GOOD!!! i have very little pain, most of it is just in my throat from intubation. basically no abdominal pain or upper body air pain, there's slight pressure but it's not much.

everything taken out was in a worse state than expected- my (right?) ovary was much larger than normal, and i had what we believe to be endometriosis, as uterine tissue was found growing on my intestines. my obgyn/surgeon cleared it all out, and she was very happy she did so.

i am home, figuring out how to adapt to having to sleep on my back for 6 weeks... not bad so far.

thanks for all the well wishes, now recovery is ahead of us.))
