I tell people I smile because “it could always be worse” but I don’t know what else to say when I cry all the time

When you’re depressed and not eating and can’t get out of bed and getting a headache and you know if you just get up and eat you’ll feel a little better but physically feel like you can’t even sit up from the weight of gravity against your weak body and then you reach out to a friend and they say “you’ll feel better” which makes you feel even worse because it’s super unhelpful and you just wish someone would understand and give you what you need even if you don’t know what you need...
