So we connecting the pieces for the teasers we got today (yay crumbs) there’s 2 options of how I think this is going down

1. Marinette gives the earrings to Alya as part of the plan, she fights Alya, she gets akumatized, but their secret protocol was always to create a Ladybug illusion to throw Chrysalis off. Alya does it.

2. Argos helps Marinette by creating a sentimoster of herself, and because this is a sentibeing, they don’t tell her she’s ladybug. She’s just a Marinette copy, who they make get into a fight with Alya. She gets akumatized, and then LB fights her, throwing Chrysalis off, as also the akumatized senti!Marinette denies being ladybug. Doing this, they get more information of how akumatization works from the senti being, and it gives some time to LB to investigate (and maybe find the lair?) while the other heroes make time

Anyway, after heartfixer I don’t really think Marinette getting akumatized is an accident. We know she creates crazy back up plans to throw off the enemy or anyone for the sake of her secret identity, so this might be the episode where they put the plan on the works
