This book is part of my ambition to read all of the Sherlock Holmes novels/ short stories. I read some of the short stories when I was a kid but recently have been in the mood for books that are more plot-heavy and also I just like Sherlock. I don’t think it was recommended to me but my mom did give me The Complete Sherlock Holmes for Christmas.

This book is one that I and a friend have both been wanting to read and both have ambitions to read this summer. It is supposed to be a face paced adventure novel and sounds like it will be fun. I don’t think anyone recommended it to me I just want to read it it’s The Count of Monte Cristo. I’d really like to read the other Alexander Dumas novels this summer as well if I end up having time.

This book is for a book club that I and my English major friends started up. I’ve only read a chapter of it but it sounds like it’s gonna be a fun read. It’s about a princess who’s on Queen Elizabeth's bad side so far. It was recommended to me by my friend Melody I’m sure it will be fun. It’s called The Perilous Guard.
