“Better to love and lost than not love at all” is complete bs. I was fine before you came in and gave me hope.

You told me you’ve been thinking about ending things for a while, but how did you hide it so well? How could you let me sleep in the same bed as you when you didn’t feel the same anymore? How could you tell me you loved me every time I told you the same? How could you reply to me everyday when I texted you good morning and goodnight? Why did we make plans together when you knew they weren’t going to ever happen? Why did you make me believe you loved me up until you left?

You still haunt me every night. Why can’t it stop? I don’t want to see you anymore.

You were the last person I thought would break me like this. I never thought I would see you do what you did, knowing that you’ve been done the same way in the past. People really do change in a blink of an eye.

Why were you there when you’ve never left work early for me?
