I love my sketchbook. When I was little, I sat in my grandpas´ studio, scratching away his oil pastels. He was a painter. I still treasure his sketchbooks. My youth I put on paper, colourful, wild and beautiful. That must have been abstract art. Studying architecture made me use a sketchbook. And a system. I drew architecture from the first draft to detail.Today I sketch faces and places. A little perspective, a little colour, a little abstract! I would sleep in my sketchbook if I could!
