Currently Watching: Football World Cup. It's a really special event for (almost) every football fan. And for me it's special too, it gives me childlike happiness.

Before this world cup started I was worried because of how big it is going to be, for the safety of people going to the matches in the US, etc. And I still worry really, but watching games still makes me happy.

Also I got into Quebec movies and series and started learning French this year, so I'm watching some quebec series specifically for learning the language (I'm overprotective about this interest now, and I don't want to tell in a public post which movies and series I'm watching exactly, sorry, I'm just so fragile now and I need it only for myself).

Current Obsession: learning languages! I've been learning Spanish since september 2022 and now I can read news, reviews for movies and games, social media posts in Spanish without much trouble, it's really great. I'm learning with duolingo (obviously not a fan of them as a company, but the app learning methods really work for me) and I'm reading and listening to tons of things online, if  I see something in Spanish I'm trying to understand it, to learn from it. I didn't realize before how learning a language can be this easy, freeing, hobby-like kind of thing and not something serious.

I wish learning things was less stigmatized in general, less ableist, with more methods for different people. For example I prioritize learning to understand others more than learning to speak myself, because it's hard for me to express things with words even in my native language, so concentrating mostly on understanding new languages, for me it's valid.

Currently Reading: Recently I read A Picture Scroll of the Dark by Motojiro Kajii and I wanted to read more of his short stories. Doesn't line up with my interest in Spanish and French, yeah. I read it translated to my native language.

Currently Working on: drawing more and more pictures on paper. Scanning and editing said pictures takes a lot of time and often makes me mad or frustrated.

Currently wearing:  white socks with the word "sport" on them, black pants, long striped second hand t-shirt. There's one second hand shop with really cheap prices and surprisingly good quality items. Crazy good place. Makes me actually like buying clothes.

Favorite Flower: So hard to tell, I love all kinds of flowers! I always take tons of pictures of flowers, my phone is full of them. I think I really love wisteria flowers, even though in real life I never saw these big trees you can see if you search for wisteria online, it's my dream to see them irl.
