Oh yeah. It's because every time I get on any kind of social media, I'm reminded of how beautiful everyone else is, how enriching and fulfilling their lives are, and the fact that I'm getting on social media to be 'social' because no one irl gives a shit about me. Aha. Now I've got it.

Old boss makes me do her job, refuses salary increase and job title bump, gives me so much work I can't do the job I was hired for, yhreatens to move our office to another state without giving staff a transportation stipend, undermines my credibility, forcibly keeps me out of meetings having to do with my job, works me so hard that my.medical and mental health issues triple, pushes me to the point of quitting, then resigns, telling everyone in the organization except the actual paid staff. New boss gives bonuses, salary increase, stipends, new cell phones, computers, and title change, reduces staff work loads by 75%, hires new staff, takes me to high level meetings and events to help me forge connections with people to grow my programs, gives me opportunities to speak and be a leader in more than just name, in just 3 weeks. So 1.5 weeks in copenhagen, 4 days in reykjavik, and just now leaving from 4 days in ny. I'm staying my ass at home for the rest of the year. NY is amazing. I understand why people from all over the world want to live here. I might need to think about finding a job here so I can move to Harlem...
