Mila felt her emotions kick in once he turned away from her. So she quickly grabbed all her things and once she had all of them she quickly stood up. At the same time, Andrew had turned back to her and she was now closer than ever. Mila felt weak and chills were going down her spine as she looked into his beautiful blue eyes. She stood there for a moment wanting to feel his lips against hers again but resisted the urge to. “ um I-I uh…cant be here…I-I mean I have to go. I’m late…but it was nice meeting you Drew” Mila said to him. She stood there a few seconds more then walked away from him quickly wanting to cry because she couldn’t hug or kiss him anymore,anything really.

Andrew took a step back from her once he notice how close they were. “Sorry.” He muttered under his breathe, looking away from her for a second. He chewed on his bottom lip as he waited for her to answer. He opened his mouth to speak as he turns around watching her walk away. For a moment, he thought that he should run after her, just to keep talking to her, to listen to her voice. He sits down at a table, pulling his books out of his backpack. “I didn’t even catch her name.” He mumbled shaking his head.

When Mila walked into the library that afternoon to get some books for her history project, she had seen Andrew. She stopped and gasped to herself, dropping her books that she needed to study with. Some people looked at her but Andrew didn’t because he seemed so focused at the moment. So she quickly picked them up from the ground and decided to keep her distance from him sitting at a table, where she thought he wouldn’t notice her.

It had been months since Mila had seen Andrew, her first love. Seeing him sitting in that library after a week of starting school. Seeing him at all made it hard for her to move forward with her life. She tried to focus as hard as she could to steer herself away from thinking about him. So Mila opened her book and started reading.

Soon enough after all of her thoughts got the best of her, she heard a very familiar voice above her head. Mila’s heart was beating fast and she slowly looked up at him, hearing him continue with his words. “ Oh um…uh not really sure. I have class with lots of different faces everyday. But with me being all the way in the back where no one can see me. I’m pretty sure you haven’t. Sorry,” Mila said to him while shutting her book. She smiled at him alittle trying to avoid the feelings she had inside.

Andrew didn’t realize he would run into a potential familiar face. He barely remembers anything about himself, or all the people he met during college. The hardest part about waking up in the hospital was not knowing much about his life. But at a least his best friend, Daniel was by his side the whole time. Without him, he would've went crazy by now.

He looked down at his feet, a bit flustered before looking back at her. “Oh sorry, I’m just adjusting to school again, feels like it’s been years since I been back or seen anyone I know.” Honestly, it was only a couple of months but for him, it felt like a lifetime. He commanded his feet to pick up and leave her be, but for some reason, he knew he should stay and talk to her. “Um..I’m Andrew by the way or you can call me, Drew.” He puts out his hand to shake with a weak smile on his face.
