I've always seen the future when we are looking eye to eye, but my sullen inconsistencies have broken our gaze. There's nothing I need to say to get you back, because you've never really left. I will constantly fail your expectations and you will promptly forgive me, but you need to know that I tried a little and some day I will contain all the tries in the world.
