Beach Bum

                    drowning out the noise, that often filled the canteen had become second nature by now. often choosing to sit at the table with the least amount of people in order to avoid meaningless conversation. she’d run out of patience for the situation she and her peers found themselves in, not that she’d had much of it to begin with but that was another story entirely. with blue eyes glued on her journal, aria crossed a few things out as she attempted to focus her mind on something other than the fact that she was desperate to find a way out. it wasn’t until she caught someone staring from the corner of her eye that she looked up. “ what? “ she called out to them with an obvious roll of her eyes. “ unless my hair has caught fire, i really don’t understand what reason you could have for incessantly STARING in my direction. “

Andros was at the canteen having just come in from a long swim and was just sitting around taking in everything that was going on as he sipped on his water he had gotten. He spotted the Norwegian princess from the corner of his eye and noticed that she seemed upset by something but didn’t know if he should get up or not to go and ask her. When he was found out, he chuckled softly, his face flushing lightly and he got up and made his way over to her. “Sorry, you just seem like you’re really upset. Something I can do to help?” 

Christopher had never been overly fond of the heat, sure he’d go to some beaches some times but he always liked the mountains more, and the natural weather of his country was colder, and now going into winter, snow was about to start, so he had been wearing warm clothes when he was taken, And he was brought to a tropical island. The prince took off his shirt soon enough or he would surely would have passed out from the heat. “So what is the deal here, will I have to walk around naked or there is a place I can get appropriate clothes?”

Andros looked over at him and chuckled. “I’m sure a lot of the horny people on the island would like it if you did, mate” he responds, “but I have an extra set of clothes you can have if you want. They’re a little small on me, but should fit you a lot better and it’ll keep the heat off of ya. You’re going to need a lot of sunscreen though to keep yourself burning.” 

“The worst thing is someone went all the way to Iceland for this bullshit,” Bennett tried to be firm. His hands were placed on his hips with a glare in his eyes. He’d been terrified all night because of this, something he’d yet find the words for, and like hell would he ever admit it. “So many places to go or see and they waste their time on this.”

“I know, I’m made that they took me away while I was researching,” Andros replies with a small frown. Andros reached out and patted the man’s shoulder. “I understand your frustrations, but right now there isn’t too much we can do about it. Fancy a swim to take your mind off of things for a while? The ocean can be quite calming for the anxiety and frustrations,” he says giving him a kind smile.
