a lot of people talk about biting as an act of dominance (awesome) but i feel like we underappreciate the teeth as a vulnerability point when you're being mean to somebody. the next time you grab somebody's face get your thumbs hooked on their molars and press and prod at their teeth a little, or pull the corner of their lip back like you would when you're holding a dog down to check its teeth. it's fun and it feels invasive and dehumanizing enough to make most people really squirm
