through out the story we mostly see him at ages 21 (in 2003) and 23 (in 2005). he's ended up having a group of friends he mostly doesn't care for, who he feels stifle his personality, but isn't quite sure how to break out of it. he finds solace in other people instead of handling his feelings on his own. he's still young and maybe a bit volatile and doesn't know how to deal with his emotions. he's mixed race. he's a rivethead. he's a pisces. he's bi. i hope one day he'll learn to be himself but that's not happening in 2005
