COVID 19 messed me up this past week. The emotions and behaviors are just as contagious as the actual illness. I’ve never cared so much about toilet paper. I just want to go to the store at a normal time and get what I need...like I used to. The amount of chips I’ve eaten is ridiculous. 🤷🏾‍♀️. I have learned I am at my best when I have a plan and organization. I can vary from the plan in times of chaos with hopes that I will get back to the plan. It is important for me to stay grounded.
