Through agency Bokeh I got to illustrate as well as handle the character animation in this spot created to highlight the launch of the new "restaurant tab" in the Airbnb app.

The agency came to us seeking for an animation to explain the company' structure and what their main services are.

We explored the fun aspect of the brand's logo as a narrative to tell their history and the different kind of events they are able to produce.

As a sound designer I often say that great animations are musical. They have meter, melody and texture embedded within them and my job is to draw out those musical qualities and to give them voice. This project was a more drastic experiment in that way of working. I approached the film with no tempo or meter, instead followed the lead of the visuals and unearthed the beats within them. --- Throughout our lives, we often inspire undue stress and anxiety by viewing our existence with a “dualistic mind.” We create a world of private duality, a world that is limited to fixed or black and white thinking. We do this because it gives us a (false) sense of security and control over life’s uncertainties. The dualistic mind tricks us into thinking we have this “life” thing figured out, and we don’t have to struggle and search anymore.

Throughout our lives, we often inspire undue stress and anxiety by viewing our existence with a “dualistic mind.” We create a world of private duality, a world that is limited to fixed or black and white thinking. We joined forces with The Royals to create animations for the 360 screens that wrap around the courts at the Australian Open. We designed around the various doorways and gaps in the screen, fully integrating the work into the 3 stadiums. Our stories follow an Orange which bounces, dips, rolls and flips through quintessentially summery scenes, making it’s way to it’s rightful home - a glass of Aperol Spritz. Plop. Fizz. Gulp.

Kontakt is a living architecture combining sound, light and movement. Immerse yourself in different atmopheres sometimes gentle sometimes darker. Kontakt is an interactive project in which people can play by modifying the behavior of this creature with a changing mood. The project's structure takes the form of a circle about 10m diameter floating above the ground . By its height, it creates a signal inviting people to gather in the center and to discover how the project works. The light metal structure disappears in the dark to highlight the multiple light choreography. - KONTAKT est une architecture vivante combinant son, lumière et mouvement. Les spectateurs sont immergés dans différentes atmosphères, tantôt douce et parfois plus sombre, marquant les différentes humeurs de l'installation. Ce projet interactif permet au public de jouer avec l'installation en modifiant certains traits de son comportement et ainsi tenter d'apprivoiser cette créature changeante. La structure du projet prend la forme d’un cercle d'environ 10m de diamètre flottant au-dessus du sol. Par sa hauteur, elle crée un signal invitant les citadins à se rassembler en son centre et a en découvrir le fonctionnement. À la fois fine et aérienne, la structure métallique disparaît dans le noir pour mettre en avant les multiples chorégraphies lumineuses.
