     summer has already entered into its reign, but the heat had yet to sweep across the vast plains of gran pulse. lush, green fields abloom with bright colors always were a sight to behold. beasts crossed the land in large numbers & revelled in the bounty of the season, so hunters had been especially keen to venture out & bring in game for the long, grand festivities held for a plethora of reasons — from religious celebrations to parties for the sake of joy itself.

          these days have long passed, but the wild, untamed beauty of pulse still remained.

     it was still early daytime — long beyond his usual waking hours, yet the sun has already graced the land with its WARM LIGHT. he left their little camp to prepare a breakfast for his young protégé — she was still sleeping sweetly, after spending her time actively & finishing with a good dinner the day before. she seemed to enjoy this transformation nature goes through, studying & exploring & dashing through the wilds, so excited to discover something new... and it kept him in a quite pleasant state.

          that VERY SAME FEELING of amusement & serenity washed over him when a field of cornflowers caught his attention.

     as gaze of purple wandered across the seemingly endless blue, a thought came to mind, a simple little idea to hopefully make the morning better for the girl… then stepped into the field. perhaps it was a somewhat odd image; this towering guardian clad in darkest colors perusing through the meadow for the most fresh & beautiful of flowers. but what will you not do for the sake of a happy smile?

     upon return, he finds the young seeress already awake ( the heavy FEAR to lose her in his absence now gone for this moment ), so he kneels before her & presents her the bouquet.
