            — [✎]; Matthew felt something twisting in the pit of his stomach, he was beyond nervous to the point where he could start shaking but the effect of the cold rain had done that for him already and it was barely noticeable in his trembling hands. For a moment, he saw the other male as some sort of saviour but someone else would swat his head at the ridiculous thought, he had simply offered him a hand to stand up, nothing else, but the kindness he had provided him was nearly overwhelming. Nowadays, there aren’t many gentle people around and everyone is so immersed in their own business they forget the fact that there are other people around them. Therefore, Matthew really appreciates this beyond belief. Once he entered the place, he noticed he was still holding the other male’s hand it was even more embarrassing so he instantly let it go, letting the warmth take over his face. “M-my name is M-M-Matthew.” It was slightly hard to talk at the moment. 

[ ✾ ] ——-  Well, 'Matthew' was fucking shivering, and Thales'd be a pretty shitty medical scientist-to-be if he just let someone stand outside in soaking wet clothes without even trying to do anything about it, so he pulled the other man into the café and closed the door behind him. There weren't all that many people in it; it was mostly empty, in fact, but it was warm and it smelled good and that was all that mattered. "Alright," Thales muttered, grabbing his shirt by the hem and pulling it off. He grimaced at the wet shirt. "I'm going to go dry my clothes with the hand dryer in the bathroom. You should come, too."

Marlena could only nervously laugh at his response. She wasn’t exactly sure what she was supposed to do, or that anything would even happen. He didn’t seem to be exactly all that interested in the prospect. Maybe she was getting herself worked up over nothing. Clearing her throat, she nodded and rocked back on her heels, her hands coming up to cross over her chest, “Right — well..” She let out a breathy sigh, her eyebrows raising. She smiled a bit, one hand pushing against an itch on her nose, “Ready to dance?” How lame of her, she thought, laughing again as she shook her head.
