Hello – if you're reading this, somehow.

Just found out he talks to other women (not in a romantical sense – presumably, but still...). I don't want to be dragged into all that stress as someone very insecure😂 I just lost all interest. I'm calling it quits chat. Not like anything would bloom off that bond anyway; I'm just obsessive.

I just checked the sc4/e this morning and my BMI data now officially classifies me as und3rw8!! I'm so ecstatic!

I'm so out of energy. I just started my walk and I feel like I would just doze off any moment now. My legs are still sore.

I kinda cheated today by eating more than I had intended just to get that spike in energy, as I was feeling very lethargic the past couple of days. And I accidentally ghosted the guy I'm talking to for that reason... I feel so bad :(

I still managed to hit 10k steps despite all the straining and pain all over my leg joints. I can't say that was a delightful experience at all. I'll attempt to stay no higher than 10k for now, and perhaps go slower than my usual pacing.

My knees, calves and ankles are still so sore from walking 20k steps daily the past two days... I guess my body wasn't ready for the abrupt jump. But I refuse to skip at all – I'll have to walk minimum 10k today.
