He won't give you the phone upgrade that Rose, Martha, and others had. In other words, you're rarely able to contact anyone from your original time.

You won't have a lot of access to your phone anyway. The Doctor would prefer you focus on him and your adventures.

The Doctor researches and gather all of your records: home address, which hospital you were born in, where you went to school, who you dated, where you worked, medical records, family history, friends, ex-friends, childhood friends, people you haven't met yet......and OF COURSE he knows where all those people live too.

He occasionally time travels to different periods of your life, watching from afar. In your past, he watches you walk to and from school. He's visited you at work before you've even known him. In the far future, he visits your grave.

Attempting to pilot/touch the TARDIS controls is ESPECIALLY forbidden from you.

By the time you start running away, he has already implanted a microchip inside your neck. So far, the Doctor has had no trouble finding you.

The chip releases a powerful, anesthetic drug when activated by the Doctor's sonic screwdriver. You always pass out within seconds. It can also emit a brief, but painful shock when you get a couple inches too close to the TARDIS controls. For the moments where you really piss him off, the Doctor may give you a more prolonged shock.

In response to you running away all the time, the Doctor kept you locked in your TARDIS bedroom until you earned back his trust.
