Gentle reminder that the largest terrorist attacks in the history of humanity were carried out in 1945 when America wiped over 150,000 innocent civilians off the face of the earth in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and that our privilege as western nations to remain ignorant to our history frees us from the unquestionably deserved persecution of such barbaric acts.

Only in retaliation to the unnecessary and provoking attacks on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. America didn’t bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki for fun. The bombs were to end the war and teach Japan to never provoke America. It was a wake up call to the rest of the world that America was not a country to pick a fight with. Do not forget our innocent soldiers and civilians who were unnecessarily murdered by the Japanese.

are you attempting to compare an attack on a military base that killed like 2,400 active duty servicemen to 150,000 civilians being murdered through vaporization or a slow death as a result of radiation poisoning that still affects the population today? are you sure you wanna go with that?
