today I've had popcorn
dark chocolate
and for dinner I'm having curry and naan. and a hard lemonade.
made so much soup that I'm going to only eat that for 3 days and probably finally lose weight.
doing nothing all day knowing ill have to pace around in my room for two hours at night to hit my 10k step goal >>>
low-key haven't had my watch so I'm going a bit crazy without knowing how many steps I've done

it's actually so hard to stay on track not being at home. can't wait till I get more control
today I had
a bagel for lunch
plus biscuits and cheese
and one slice of cheese on a biscuit and a mini drumstick icecream for dinner
plus a cup of tea with two sugars and 3 wafer biscuits
total 988
(I also did 15 yoga which supposedly burnt 30cals but given that it wasn't normal nice calm yoga I highly doubt that and it was literally the exact same stuff in any workout you can find on YouTube)

need to lose more weight so my clothes fit cuter. I'm now a size 10 in jeans tho (size us 6) was a size 12/14 for most of my life (us size 8 and 10) so nice fitting in normal sizes though. now that I have jeans that fit me perfectly it'll be a better no scale victory of weight lost from here on out.
